Dmytro Moshenets has over 11 years of professional experience and specializes in complex cases in the fields of bankruptcy, restructuring, enforcement proceedings, banking and financial law, credit (mortgage) disputes (NPL), real estate and land relations disputes, as well as cases related to the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation.
He has significant experience representing the interests of companies in courts of all instances of commercial and civil jurisdiction, including the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court.
Dmytro joined the ADER HABER team in 2023. In 2025, he became an advisor to the company by decision of the Partners’ Board.
During 2024–2025, Dmytro successfully represented the interests of strategic oil and gas companies that ensure the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (PJSC UKRNAFTA, JSC UKRTATNAFTA, PJSC UKRNAFTOBURINNYA). At the same time, he provided legal assistance to Ukrainian banks in complex disputes related to non-performing debt, including JSC SENSE BANK. Also, during this period, he led the work on one of the most complex bankruptcy cases in Ukraine involving a large agro-industrial enterprise in the Kyiv region.
Currently, Dmytro oversees more than 60 bankruptcy proceedings and over 40 commercial disputes, within which debt collection exceeding UAH 25 billion is carried out.
In October 2025, based on the results of qualifying examinations and in accordance with the decision of the Qualification Commission of Arbitration Managers (protocol dated 06.10.2025 No. 7/25) and the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 09.10.2025 No. 2744/7, Dmytro received a certificate authorizing him to carry out the activities of an arbitration manager.
