Artem Vytsenko has more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of law and specialises in dispute resolution, arbitration, and bankruptcy proceedings. He has deep expertise in land law, real estate, and corporate disputes.
Artem began his legal career in 2007 and has been an attorney since 2010. He worked in notarial bodies, law firms, and holding companies, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of legal support for business at all stages of its activity.
He joined the ADER HABER team in 2016 as a lawyer in the Land Law and Real Estate practice, later expanding his professional field with litigation. He currently holds the position of Counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice, coordinating the team’s work and the development of the practice in accordance with the highest professional standards.
Artem successfully represents the interests of Ukrainian and international companies in national courts and arbitration proceedings, including disputes in the fields of energy, agribusiness, Retail & FMCG, as well as the banking sector.
