Viktor Zalizniuk, Head of Government Relations at ADER HABER Law Firm, during the discussion of the Law on Fair Lobbying organized by the European Business Association, proposed to develop a roadmap for making changes and adjustments to the document, as the law is framework.
In other words, in fact, the law defines the status of a lobbyist, introduces them into the legal field, but, unfortunately, does not provide many opportunities or tools for activity.
The discussion was also attended by representatives of the relevant parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC), and the Government Office for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine.
