We are looking for a Sales Specialist (B2B, Legal Services) who is result-oriented, highly self-motivated, and skilled in working with top-level executives and business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active search and acquisition of new corporate clients (Ukrainian and international)
- Development and support of the company’s existing clients
- Promotion of the firm’s legal and consulting services
- Conducting negotiations with top management and business owners
- Preparing commercial proposals and participating in tenders
- Achieving sales targets
- Cooperating with practice leaders and lawyers to prepare proposals and presentations
- Participating in professional business events, conferences, and forums
Key Requirements:
- Proven successful B2B sales experience (3–5 years)
- Documented track record (client base growth, achievement of KPIs)
- Experience in the legal, consulting, financial, or related sectors is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of modern sales tools and CRM systems

KPIs during the probation period (3–6 months):
- Development and approval of a strategy for reaching new clients
- Acquisition of the first 3–5 new corporate clients
- Participation in at least 5 meetings/presentations per month
- Preparation of work reports and proposals for improving the sales process
