We are seeking candidates for an open position: HR Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Organization and maintenance of personnel records, monitoring compliance with labor legislation and corporate standards.
- Effective talent recruitment and management of the talent pool.
- Audit and optimization of HR processes, their systematization and automation.
- Implementation of modern HRM systems and HR metrics to improve efficiency.
- Development and implementation of an HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Initiation and organization of activities aimed at increasing employee engagement, motivation, and loyalty.
- Partnership with department heads to develop talent and improve team effectiveness.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the position of HR Generalist / HR Manager / HR Director.
- Proven experience in implementing HR strategies and building systematic HR processes.
- Knowledge of personnel administration standards and modern HR practices.
- Experience working with 1C, HRM systems, and recruitment systems.
- Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a large volume of tasks.
- Result-oriented mindset, structured thinking, and the ability to explain and implement change.
- Development of the company’s HR brand in the market.
