We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Criminal Law Attorney .
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on criminal law matters and analysing case materials
- Representing clients before law enforcement agencies and in court proceedings
- Drafting procedural documents within criminal proceedings
- Developing legal strategies and defence positions
- Assisting clients during searches, interrogations, seizures, and other investigative or procedural actions, as well as during expert examinations
- Appealing against unlawful decisions, actions, or omissions of investigative bodies and prosecutors
- Monitoring and analysing changes in criminal and criminal procedural legislation
- Preparing analytical materials, legal opinions, client updates, and public commentary
Requirements:
- Higher legal education
- Strong knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural law, as well as relevant case law
- At least 3 years of experience handling criminal cases of varying complexity
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to draft procedural documents
- Responsibility, stress tolerance, and ability to manage large volumes of information
