In line with the expansion of our department, we are opening a vacancy for a Litigation Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before commercial, general, and administrative courts of all instances
- Develop legal positions and strategies for projects involving multiple court proceedings
- Assess risks and potential of pre-trial and claim-related work
- Prepare legal memoranda and opinions (including contract law, energy, and competition law)
- Cooperate with state and law enforcement authorities, state registrars, and notaries
- Participate in negotiations with clients and counterparties
Requirements:
- Higher legal education
- Valid attorney certificate (license to practice law)
- Minimum 3 years of post-license professional experience
- Practical experience in regulatory matters (litigation or competition law experience is an advantage)
- Proven experience representing clients in courts of various instances
- Experience in client and counterparty negotiations
- Strong knowledge of procedural law
- High level of analytical and critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level (legal vocabulary preferred)
