His expertise spans managing criminal proceedings, investigating internal fraud and embezzlement, and providing legal defense during searches, asset freezes, and seizures. He actively supports companies in implementing anti-corruption policies tailored to specific industry risks, as well as designing effective corporate security systems.
Before joining ADER HABER, Denys Ovcharov maintained an active attorney practice for many years, holding the position of Managing Partner at Ovcharov & Partners Law Firm. He is also the founder of SB Club—a professional community that unites over 100 security directors from leading Ukrainian companies and industry experts.
