Creditors must be duly notified that they have only one chance to get into the “last carriage”, and if there is an imperfection of the law, then the court and the arbitration managers must ensure a fair balance of interests, and for the National Association of Arbitration Managers of Ukraine there is a plausible pretext to initiate improvement of the Code – ADER HABER Counsel Olexandr Udovychenko spoke about this and other things during the moderation at the VI Competition Law Forum.
