In the year of its 20th anniversary, ADER HABER Law Firm is opening an office in Warsaw, strengthening its presence in Central and Eastern Europe and expanding its clients’ opportunities in working with international capital, investment and cross-border business.
The European office is headed by Ihor Olekhov, Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Insurance practice.
The firm’s Warsaw office will serve as an entry point for international capital, investment and cross-border projects related to Ukraine, including financing for reconstruction, infrastructure, energy, the financial sector, technology and the defence industry.
In the coming years, a significant share of the financing for Ukraine’s reconstruction will be channelled through European financial centres, including Warsaw.
The scale of future investment will require comprehensive solutions for the structuring of financing, war risk insurance, currency hedging, guarantees from international financial institutions and other risk mitigation mechanisms.
ADER HABER’s presence in Warsaw will make it possible to support such projects directly at the intersection of international capital and the Ukrainian market, combining Western financing standards with a practical understanding of the local regulatory environment.
