ADER HABER Law Firm has successfully defended the interests of a company that is part of an international holding company leading in the field of food and agricultural technologies in a tax dispute.

Based on the results of an unscheduled audit, the controlling authority charged the company with monetary liabilities in the amount more than UAH 700 million.

During the trial, ADER HABER Law Firm‘s attorneys refuted the allegations of the controlling authority. As a result, the disputed tax notice-decision was canceled, and legal costs were recovered in favour of the client.
