ADER HABER – LEGAL ADVISOR TO THE FUND FOR PARTIAL GUARANTEE OF LOANS IN AGRICULTURE #BUSINESSPARTNERSHIP

In 2024, ADER HABER Law Firm’s new client was the Partial Loan Guarantee Fund for Agriculture.

Currently, the ADER HABER Law Firm’s team of attorneys is advising on the launch of the project “Strengthening the Partial Loan Guarantee Fund in Agriculture”, which is being implemented in Ukraine by the World Bank World Bank Ukraine.

Ukrainian banks are reluctant to provide loans to small producers because they believe that there are high risks of non-repayment. The Partial Guarantee Fund for Agricultural Loans is a new guarantee mechanism specifically designed to support small and medium-sized agricultural producers.

The Fund will help expand access to financial resources for the smallest segment of agricultural producers – farmers with a land bank of up to 500 hectares. It should also help increase the land bank owned or used by agricultural producers.
The Fund will start operating in Ukraine this year.
