TO NEGOTIATE “ACCORDING TO THE LAW”. HOW LOBBYING SHOULD REPLACE CORRUPTION

We kept lobbying and lobbying and finally succeeded: the President recently signed the Law on Fair Lobbying, and on 21 March the Verkhovna Rada established “crazy” fines for violating it: starting at up to UAH 850.
