POSTPONEMENT OF MOBILISATION: WILL MEN RAISING MINOR CHILDREN ALONE BE ENTITLED TO IT?

On 7 February 2024, the Verkhovna Rada supported in the first reading the government draft law No. 10449, whereby some single fathers may lose the right to get postponement of mobilization and, as a result, be deprived of the right to travel abroad.
