He has experience in consulting clients in all major sectors of the economy, supported projects in the agro-industrial sector, real estate, Retail & FMCG, IT. In the professional background – consulting and supporting of credit agreements with international banking institutions: EBRD, IFC, FMO, EIB and DEG.

Before starting work at ADER HABER, Denys Dutchak held the position of head of the corporate and antimonopoly law department of the agro-industrial holding “Astarta-Kyiv”. He worked in international legal consulting, in particular in the jurisdictions of Cyprus, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
