ADER HABER IS A MEMBER OF THE INTERNATIONAL PRO BONO PLATFORM ENERGY COMMUNITY #PROBONOPARTNERSHIP

ADER HABER Law Firm has joined the Pro Bono Legal Support Platform of the European Union’s Energy Community Energy Community.

The purpose of the partnership is to provide free legal assistance to Ukrainian state-owned energy companies to compensate for the damage caused to Ukraine’s critical energy infrastructure by Russia.

The Energy Community is an international organization that includes the European Union, Ukraine and third countries. The goal of the Community is to expand the EU energy market to the countries of South-Eastern Europe and beyond. The member states undertake commitments in the energy sector, according to which they create a regulatory framework in accordance with the EU Acquis communautaire and liberalize their energy markets.
