The project is being implemented within the framework of the EU-Ukraine Law-Justice program.
The task for the special working group, headed by Aleksei Solomko, will be to work out optimal ways of solving the problem of competition between executors while executing several court decisions against a single debtor.
In addition, the working group will have to prepare an operational plan within the enforcement process.
This group includes lawyers, bank representatives, judges, public and private executors. A separate stage for the implementation of the tasks assigned to the group will include working meetings in the respective regions.
The project “Improvement of operational processes in the procedure of executive production” was created at the initiative of the EU and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. It includes representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Association of Private Performers of Ukraine, the banking sector, as well as international experts.
