ADER HABER – partner of Business School Art of Effective Negotiation

On April 10 starts the semester of the Business School – The Art of Negotiation, which is organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine together with ADER HABER, as well as the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School [kmbs] and the Ukrainian Mediation Center.

During the six sessions of the educational module, leading experts in the field of negotiations and mediation will reveal the following topics:

1. Expanding the field for negotiations by working with the interests of the parties: impossible – possible
2. Conflict resolution in a team: algorithm or EQ?
3. Techniques for effective dialogue
4. Perception traps in communications
5. How to negotiate with a stronger opponent – success strategies
6. Work with confidence in negotiations
