ADER HABER partner Alexandra Fedotova evaluated mortgage litigation

Alexandra Fedotova, attorney, PhD in Law, partner of ADER HABER, took part in the expert discussion in the framework of Session 3 “Conflict Resolution” of the Legal Real Estate Forum and discussed current trends in litigation in mortgage relations.

On the example of decisions in cases of extrajudicial collection of mortgages, invalidation of mortgage agreements and termination of mortgages, Alexandra emphasized that today even at the level of the Supreme Court  there are a large number of decisions with the opposite position on the same issue.

“Improving the investment climate, in particular, depends on legal certainty, which should be ensured, first of all, by the updated judicial system,” summed up Alexandra Fedotova.
