ADER HABER AND TURKISH CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION CONCLUDED THE MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION

Facilitating the agreements between Ukraine and the Republic of Türkiye, set out in the Memorandum on the establishment of the Task Force signed by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine on August 18, 2022 in L’viv, Turkish Contractors Association and ADER HABER concluded the Memorandum on the following:

• cooperation of the Parties for the purpose of the participation of the members of the Association in the recovery of Ukraine’s infrastructure, damaged or destroyed as a result of the russian invasion, as well as the construction of new infrastructure facilities in Ukraine;
• complex support and implementation of the projects of renovation, reconstruction and new construction of damaged or destroyed infrastructure in Ukraine, as well as the construction of new infrastructure facilities;
• protection and promotion of interests of the members of the Association related to work with Targeted Projects in Ukraine.

ADER HABER will provide all necessary legal support to Turkish Contractors Association and Turkish companies members of the Association for participation in the Projects in Ukraine until the full completion of work. ADER HABER also will enable the operation of the office in Kyiv to represent the interests of the Parties and achieve the objectives of this Memorandum.

Within the Task Force ADER HABER will closely cooperate with the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, its subdivisions and organizations as well as with any other Ukrainian authorities and individuals.

This Memorandum will become the basis for the joint implementation of infrastructure projects in our country. Let’s rebuild Ukraine together!
